Where did your passion for running come from: my passion for running did not come from an individual as such, rather the feeling it brings. I started running in March 2016 with the get running group and now running is such a big part of my life. It just brings me so much joy and a feeling of being strong, free, confident and capable.
Favourite food: a cheese platter and a glass of red or if I want to be healthy a vegetarian poke bowl.
Least favourite workout: cross fit style work outs – anything where it is repetitive with someone calling out instructions
Favourite run route: starting at Blackwattle bay running into the city up to Hyde park and then down to Mrs Macquarie’s chair and through the botanical gardens.
