For the complete beginner – 10 week program to build from nothing to running for 30 minutes continuously – Teaches grass roots technique in breathing, posture, arms and also mindset.
Weekly group runs are led by qualified Run Leaders
Cool down & Stretch
The sessions are designed for you to participate at talking pace and are interval training based (run and walk). You do what you can at your own pace, supported by Run Leaders and others in the group.

The program goes for 10 weeks. The first week is our Introduction evening (This is a non running night)
Program cost is $189 (+GST) which includes a $10 donation to a local cancer charity.
