Are you ready to take your running to the next level? Stay Running is our intermediate program for women who can comfortably run for 30 minutes straight. How does it work?We do a weekly group run where your run leader challenges you to try new techniques that build up distance and pace.
During the term we like to mix up the terrain and arrange at least two group runs to be held at alternate venues (still close to your regular venue). In between, we encourage you to practice. You'll get two runs to complete on your own, following the same formula as that week's group run.
Who is Stay Running for?When you join Stay Running you've either finished the Get Running program or are confident you can run comfortably for 30 minutes or more.
Stay Running is perfect for runners who are looking for motivation, or are training for an event and want to increase the distance they can run. If you think you'd prefer the beginner's group please join the Get Running program.
