ONLINE STAY RUNNING 10 WEEK PROGRAM (TERM 5) - 16TH OCTOBER

ONLINE PROGRAM: If you can’t make it to any of our locations or times, then you can still join our program for Term 5. You will have a virtual Run Leader who will be with you every step of the way in the 10 week program and each week videos will be released. You will also receive weekly newsletters with your runs, hints and tips and technique information.

STAY RUNNING - (You must be able to run for 30 minutes to do this program) - teaches different techniques each week (fartlek, tempo, sprints etc) to work on endurance and pace. Home work runs build up to run for 7km in the last week.

You will receive a program on a weekly basis, which will include 3 runs per week and broken down into:

  • Warm up

  • Program

  • Cool down & Stretch

  • The sessions are designed for you increase your endurance and you will be running 7km at the end of the 10 weeks program. The program covers various techniques including tempo, fartlek, sprints and more

•  Our in house nutritionist is on hand in our closed Facebook Community to answer any questions you may have

The program goes for 10 weeks. The first week is our Introduction evening and is a non running night.

Program cost is $189 which includes a $10 donation to a local cancer charity.
