 Boobs on the Run have two running programs to get you moving and a running club to keep you moving!

GET RUNNING is our beginners' program for those new to running or those who have lost their running mojo

STAY RUNNING is our intermediate program for those who are already able to run for 30 minutes non stop and want to build on that

KEEP RUNNING is our running group for those who have completed Stay Running and want to keep the running habit

We are a women's only running group (Age 18+)

We also raise awareness and funds for breast cancer and local cancer charities in Australia

 


CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING RUNNING PROGRAMS FOR 2016

GET RUNNING

If you are completely new to running or if you've just let it lapse, then our beginners' course Get Running is the perfect solution for you. It's the chance to get fitter and gradually build your running stamina in a supportive and encouraging environment. 

We offer a holistic approach to running which includes access to Physiotherapy, a nutritionist, a chiropractor and different cross training exercises. You will also have access to our closed group community, where you can share ideas, share your runs and arrange runs with other community members.

Course is 10 weeks in duration and there are many opportunities for you to start running with us in 2016. Please click on the program to see the available dates.

Course cost is $135 which includes a $10 donation to a local cancer charity.

A minimum of 4 participants are required with a maximum class size of 14.

STAY RUNNING

If you are already able to run for 30 minutes non-stop and you want to maintain and build upon that foundation, then choose our 10 week Stay Running course.

Our target is to make you a more efficient runner, improve your pace and stamina and make running feel easier and more pleasant. 

We finish the course by running 7km and it's the perfect add-on if you've completed the Get Running program.
